What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with a link to track your order. You can also track the status of your order via the "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. To make changes to your order, you can contact customer service via the "contact us" form or via the Live chat box.

Do you accept returns?
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Yes, we accept returns provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must have been sold on our online store
  • The article must not have been used in any way
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all labels, etc.
  • The return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.
    To request a return, you can contact customer service via the "contact us" form or via the chat box. A member of our customer service team will respond as soon as possible.

How can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled after 72 hours! Unless the wrong item was ordered. If you do not want the item anymore, please contact us within 72 hours. After this period, production will start and we will not be able to reverse your payment.
So be aware of this term.

How do I track the progress of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and text message notification with the order details. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link in the email.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can change the delivery address at your request. Please contact us via the "contact us" form for more information.
