Return Policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at khaledafdh075@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item so we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

Swap

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the item you want.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, you will automatically receive a credit back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
